Islamabad: It has been reported that the vote of no confidence in the PTI leader Imran Khan government in Pakistan will take place at 8 pm tonight.
A one-party majority in the 342-member Pakistani parliament requires the support of 172 members. Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party is ruling Pakistan with the support of the coalition parties. Some of its coalition MPs withdrew support.
Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections. A few days ago, the Speaker dissolved Parliament on the recommendation of Imran Khan, ahead of a vote on it.
Speaking on television after this, Imran Khan said that there was a foreign conspiracy to seize power in Pakistan and that the future of Pakistan should be decided by the people of their own country.
Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections. In this, the heel order was issued yesterday that the dissolution of the parliament is not valid.
Following the Pakistan Supreme Court’s order, it was announced that a vote of no confidence in the Imran government would be held today.

Political observers have predicted that Imran Khan’s party will not have enough members to overthrow his government.
