Kia Motors is soon going to launch the X-Line variant of its Kia Sonet SUV in the Indian market. The company will bring it in all black theme.
According to the reports, the company can launch it in the coming few months. Customers will get a choice of four engines and the engine can be mated to an automatic or manual gearbox to make the transmission simple.
How will the design of the car be?
The new Kia Sonet X-Line variant is likely to sport an exclusive Graphite Black paint color with a matte finish and a dark exterior theme.
The SUV will get a new design front grille with a matte finish. These will get new LED headlights with sculpted hood, chrome-lined grille, wide air dam.
It will also get roof rails on the sides, blacked out aero-cut design, ORVMs, flared wheel arches and 16-inch alloy wheels.
Sonet comes in the option of four engines
In India, the Kia Sonet comes in a total of four engine options. First, it gets a 1.2-liter petrol engine, which generates 81.8hp power and 115Nm torque. At the same time, the 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine generates 118bhp power and 172Nm peak torque.
Along with this, the company also gives the option of diesel engine in it. The engine is mated to an automatic or manual gearbox to simplify transmission.
These features are given in the cabin
The special thing is that despite being in the lower segment, Kia has introduced its Sonet with four airbags.
Talking about the features, it will get features like Highline Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Measurement, Brake Assist, Hill Assist Control.
The X-Line variant will get dark cabin theme, 5-seater cabin with ventilated front seats, auto climate control, sunroof, keyless entry, parking sensors and multifunctional steering wheel with cruise control.
What will be its cost?
The base 1.2 model of Kia Sonet price in India starts from Rs 7.15 Lakh. At the same time, the price of its top model is Rs 13.79 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). The X-Line variant will cost a bit more than its top model.
