A man who bought antiques from him complained that Monson Mavunkal had deceived himself. Police have registered a case against Monson Mavunkal and arrested him.
Meanwhile, there were complaints that Monson Mawungal was involved in money laundering. The Central Enforcement Directorate is also investigating.
ED officials are set to investigate celebrities who visited Monson Mavunkal and those who bought antiques from him.
Enforcement officials also decided to investigate actor Mohanlal, who went to Monson Mavunkal.

Following this, the Central Enforcement Department has sent a summons to actor Mohanlal in this regard.
They have said that they will appear before the enforcement department next week. This has caused a stir among the Malayalam film industry.
