Former India cricket captain Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma have bought 8 acres of land in Alibaug. According to the documents available on Zapkey.com, both the celebrities have spent Rs 20 crore for the purchase of this land.
According to documents available on Zapkey.com, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, through their authorized signature Vikas Kohli, built a 3350 sq. meter land has been purchased. 19.24 crore has been paid for the purchase of this property. The registration of this land was done on 1st September 2022.
Documents related to this sale also reveal that this land has been sold by a real estate developer Samira Land Assets Private Limited through its signatureSonali Rajput. Stamp duty of Rs 1.15 crore has been paid for the registration of this land.
In yet another business transaction, Virat Kohli has leased out a portion of a bungalow in Juhu, owned by the late Kishore Kumar, a renowned Indian singer. Significantly, Virat Kohli is about to enter the restaurant business. This part of Kishore Kumar’s leased bungalow will be converted into Virat Kohli’s restaurant One8 Commune.
Documents related to this lease show that this part of Gauri Kunj bungalow has been given on lease to Virat Kohli for a period of 5 years. It should also be mentioned that One8 Commune also runs resto bars in Delhi, Kolkata and Pune.
