Ranbir plays a dacoit in ‘Shamshera’

In the leaked poster, Ranbir’s picture reads, ‘Dakita from Karma, Azad from Dharma’.

It is discussed that Ranbir is in the role of a dacoit in the film whose purpose is to liberate the country from the British.

The plot of the film is based on the year 1800. This Yash Raj Films film is a period drama that has been prepared with lavish sets.

It is clear from the poster that this film of Ranbir will also be full of VFX.

Movie cast and release date

Apart from Ranbir, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor will be seen in ‘Shamshera’ . The film is releasing on 22nd July.

Earlier, behind the scenes videos of ‘Shamshera’ have also surfaced on social media. The makers wanted to show the glimpses of the film loudly, but their intentions were dashed due to the leak of the poster.

Directed by Karan Malhotra, the dialogues of this film are written by Piyush Mishra.

Will Ranbir’s name happen in 2022?

Recently the trailer of Ranbir and Alia Bhatt starrer film ‘Brahmastra’ was released. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy will be seen in this grand film. Shahrukh Khan will also have a cameo in the film.

Apart from this, Ranbir will be seen in the action drama film ‘Animal’. He is also working in the sequel of ‘Andaz Apna Apna’.

Ranbir will continue to be on the silver screen with ‘Shamshera’ in July, ‘Animal’ in August and ‘Bahmastra’ in September.
