Lip breathing exercise

If you do this exercise for a few minutes before sleeping on your bed, sitting in any comfortable posture, then it will surely have a quick effect and you will get better sleep.

To do lip breathing, breathe normally through your nose. After this, slowly release the breath from the lips in such a way as to blow out the candles on the cake.

You can repeat this sequence five to six times.

Diaphragmatic breathing

For this exercise, sit straight on a flat and quiet place or lie on your back on the bed.

Now place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. After this, breathe normally through the nose in such a way that the stomach contracts inward as much as possible and then slowly exhale through the nose.

After repeating this exercise for one to two minutes, get back to normal.

4-7-8 Breathing Exercises

To do this breathing exercise , first sit or lie on your bed.

After this, while exhaling from your mouth, exhale with a loud sound, then close the mouth and while breathing in through the nose, complete the count of up to four in mind. Now hold the breath for seven seconds and again exhale by opening your mouth.

Repeat this process four times.

Bhramari Breath Exercise

For this exercise, first of all, sit on your bed in a comfortable posture.

Now bend both your hands at the elbows and bring them near your ears and close both your ears with the thumbs. Now place the index fingers of the hands on the forehead and the middle finger, ring finger and little finger over the closed eyes. Now chant Om while breathing through the nose with the mouth closed.

After a few minutes, slowly open your eyes and leave the exercise.
