Eat these dishes made of neem to stay healthy, know the recipe

Neem Begun

This is a traditional Bengali dish , to make it, first of all, marinade the brinjal with a mixture of turmeric and salt.

After this, heat mustard oil in a pan, fry neem leaves in it and take them out in a plate.

After this, cook the chopped brinjals in the same pan till they become crispy, then add neem leaves, chopped chilies and some salt and cook for two minutes. Now serve hot Neem Begun with rice.

Neem chutney

To make neem chutney , grind kokum, neem leaves, jaggery powder, salt and cumin seeds with some water and grind them in a mixer, then take out this mixture in a bowl.

After this, heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and after they splutter, fry curry leaves and dry red chillies, then pour this tempering over the chutney. Now taste this chutney with your food.

Neem leaf vegetable

First, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, black mustard seeds and fennel seeds in a pan, then grind this mixture in a mixer.

Now heat oil in a pan, fry neem leaves in it and take them out in a plate, then fry dry red chilies, ground spices and bay leaves in the same oil.

After this, add papaya, salt, potato, drumstick stick, carrot, ginger paste, water, brinjal and neem leaves and serve it after cooking for a few minutes.

Neem tea

Drinking a cup of neem tea daily promotes blood circulation, including staying away from gastrointestinal problems.

To make tea, first heat a cup of water in a pan, then add two-three fresh neem leaves to it and after bringing the water to a boil, turn off the gas.

Now strain this tea in a cup and drink it after mixing honey and lemon juice in it.
