Stomach Gas flatulence Problem will solve to follow these steps

Flatulence is a common problem, which is the gas produced in the stomach. It is also called abdominal swelling. Usually it is felt right after eating food. Due to this the digestive system also gets messed up. Even though this problem is common, but if ignored, it can also become a serious disease. This problem can be relieved in some special ways.

Stomach Bloating: It is common to have the problem of flatulence due to overeating. However, if you still have complaints of flatulence even after taking a normal diet, then do not ignore it and contact the doctor. It can also be a sign of some disease. People who sometimes have to deal with this problem, they can get relief by some special methods told by experts.

Causes of flatulence: Some people have more problems with flatulence than common people. There can be many reasons behind this. Such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food intolerance, during periods, the habit of eating frequently or consuming too much fiber. Another cause of flatulence can be a disease related to the gut called Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO).

According to experts, after eating, these bacteria form from fermented and carbohydrate food and produce gases like methane, hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide. Due to the formation of such gas in the intestine, there is a feeling of bloating in the stomach. If you have SIBO, you feel bloated after eating anything. In some ways this problem can be avoided.

Do not leave too much gap between meals: The small intestine does the job of keeping itself clean. The food that is not digested in the stomach goes from the small intestine to the large intestine. This happens every two hours when we are not eating. This action keeps the small bacteria found in our stomach balanced. To maintain this balance in the stomach, keep a gap of few hours in eating anything.

Eat slowly: Health experts say that food should always be chewed slowly. The more you chew the food, the less air will go into your mouth. Less air in the mouth means that you will have less flatulence problems.

Drink more water: Sometimes too much sodium intake also causes bloating in the stomach. To avoid such a situation, drink plenty of water. More water helps in flushing out the excess amount of sodium stored in the body.

Eat food with low fermentation: Dietitian says that the symptoms of SIBO are not felt by eating food with less fermentation. However, more research is needed on this matter. Foods with high fermentation such as artificial sweetener, beans, cauliflower, and broccoli work to produce gas in the stomach. Therefore, to avoid this problem, reduce the consumption of these things.
