A Boeing 737 belonging to China Eastern Airlines, one of China’s airlines, took off from Kunming, Guangzhou, yesterday.
The plane was carrying 123 passengers and 9 crew members for a total of 132 passengers. The plane crashed while flying over the mountains near Wuso, a city in Tenzian County, Zhuang Province. The accident happened around 3 pm Indian time.
The China plane crashed in the mountains. The plane crashed into a mountain and caught fire. There was smoke all over that hill.
Upon learning of the accident, the fire brigade, the army and the police were involved in the rescue operation. The rescue operation continues for a second day.
Meanwhile, 132 people aboard the plane that crashed in the mountains have been reported dead. Parts of the plane were found at the crash site.
However, the Chinese state news agency reported that none of the passengers were still alive.
As many as 132 people on board the plane have been killed so far as no one has been rescued from the plane as rescue operations continue.
