Bulldozers ran for the second consecutive day in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday in the case of violence in protest against controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad.

The house of Javed Mohammad, who is said to be the main accused in the violence in Prayagraj, was bulldozed to the ground yesterday.

Police claimed that illegal weapons and objectionable posters were recovered from Javed’s house before they were demolished. Javed and his family have accused him of implicating him in the case.

Two pistols and some cartridges found from Javed’s house – Police

Prayagraj Superintendent of Police (SP) Ajay Kumar said, “We have found (from Javed’s house) an illegal 12 bore pistol, another 315 bore pistol, some cartridges and some such documents which show objectionable remarks against the Hon’ble Court. reflect.”

A few hours before the demolition, the notice was pasted at Javed’s house.

Let us inform that a few hours before Javed’s house was demolished, a notice was pasted on his house claiming illegal construction on the ground and the first floor.

It also said that Javed was given a notice in May also to which he did not respond.

Prayagraj District Magistrate Sanjay Khatri said that the administration keeps on taking action against illegal constructions and this is a normal process.

Javed’s family dismissed the allegation of illegal construction, said – notice not received

Rejecting the allegations of the administration of illegal construction, the family members of Javed have said that they have not received any notice in this regard till date.

A group of lawyers has also written to the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court in the matter. It has been claimed that it is illegal to demolish Javed’s house. He said that the house is in the name of Javed’s wife and the family has not received any notice regarding illegal construction.

What is the whole matter of violence during the protest?

Protests were held across the country after Friday prayers against the remarks of BJP leaders against the Prophet .

Violence took place in Jharkhand’s Ranchi, Kolkata’s Howrah and Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj and Saharanpur during these demonstrations.

Taking action after the violence, the Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested about 250 people, while on Saturday, bulldozers were run at the house of the accused in Saharanpur.

What did the BJP leaders say?

Nupur Sharma , who was suspended from the BJP, had made controversial remarks against Prophet Mohammad during a TV program last month.

After this Naveen Kumar Jindal, who joined Delhi BJP and now expelled from the party, also wrote an objectionable post about Pangbar Mohammad.

As the dispute escalated, the BJP took action against both the leaders. Nupur was suspended from the party, while Jindal was thrown out of the party.
