TNPSC Confirmed Group 2 Exams have Negative Minus Marking

The Tamil Nadu Civil Service Selection Board has announced that 2 marks will be deducted if any question is left blank without selecting the answer.

Chennai: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission TNPSC to fill 5,529 vacancies in Group 2, 2A posts in Government Departments. The first level qualifying examination will be held on the May 21st.

According to the TNPSC latest announcement regarding negative minus marking scheme on Group 2 exams.

How TNPSC Consider Negative Marking?

Candidates should use only the exclusive answer sheet containing their details. Therefore, after receiving the farewell letter, you should check their details and use it later. If incorrect it should be replaced before use.

If the candidates get another answer sheet in lieu of their answer sheet and mistype their registration number in it, two marks will be deducted from the total marks of the candidate.

How Many Marks will Deducted for Negative Marking?

Two marks will be deducted if the correct method is not followed in ‘shading’ the answer to the total questions.

5 marks will be deducted even if the number of the quiz book is not mentioned correctly or in the appropriate place in the answer sheet.

The fingerprint should be placed where it is needed by someone other than the surrogate who is unable to place the fingerprint. Two marks will be deducted if the line is not kept.
