Oil massage is a must
Itchy scalp, dandruff, hair fall and dryness are common problems during monsoon as the weather is very humid, due to which there is a lot of sweating.
If you want to protect your scalp from these problems, then regularly massage the entire head with light hands .
Sesame or almond oil can provide relief from problems like dandruff and itching, including improving hair health.
Apply Homemade Hair Pack in Monsoon
To make a homemade hair pack, soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight, then the next morning, grind them in a mixer and take them out in a bowl.
Now mix one tablespoon aloe vera gel and half tablespoon sesame oil in a bowl. Apply this mixture all over the scalp and length of hair one hour before washing the head.
This homemade pack will help keep the scalp protected from many monsoon problems.
Diet tips to keep hair healthy
According to Dr. Goswami, include such foods in your diet, which can help in nourishing the hair.
Like almonds are rich in biotin and are useful for healthy hair growth. Additionally, sesame seeds rich in calcium and magnesium nourish the hair.
You can eat roasted sesame in your daily diet by adding it to salads and chutneys. Green vegetables are also beneficial for hair health.
Wash your hair if you get wet in the rain
Whenever your hair gets wet in the rain, make sure to wash them as the acidic water trapped in the hair can imbalance the pH of your scalp, which can further aggravate the hair problem.
So, after getting wet in the rain, clean your hair with a quality shampoo and conditioner. After this, dry your head in a natural way.
