International Yoga Day 2022: If you want to start yoga then 5 asanas are the best

If you are thinking of adopting yoga on International Yoga Day 2022, then you can start yourself with these few beginners yoga asanas.

On June 21, the whole country will celebrate International Yoga Day 2022 . This day will be celebrated with great enthusiasm by practicing yoga in many parts of the country. International Yoga Day is celebrated on such a large scale to raise awareness about yoga and to show the importance of yoga.

In such a situation, those who are thinking of starting yoga practice (International Yoga Day 2022) , they will first have to practice some beginner yoga asanas. Like the name, Vrikshasana, which is done by standing on one leg like a tree and balancing it, is considered very beneficial for the person. With this yoga asana, focus and balance are achieved on the body.

Practice Process: First of all, stand straight in a careful posture. Keep both the hands near the thighs and bend the right knee and place it on the left thigh. Keep the left leg strong and straight on the ground. Then raise both the hands straight and stand straight in the namaskar posture. Keep taking deep breaths.

Downward facing breathing

Adho Mukha Svanasana stretches the body and gives strength. This removes serious problems like stress, depression and insomnia.

Practice Procedure: Lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat. Then while inhaling, lift the body on the feet and hands and make a table-like shape. Then while exhaling, make an inverted ‘V’ shape and stay in this posture for some time.

Setu Bandhasana

Setu Bandhanasana has been found to be effective in relieving back spasms. Unlike Adho Mukha Svanasana, in this asana the body is tilted backwards instead of forwards.

Practice Procedure: Lie on your back on a yoga mat. Maintain the normal pace of breathing. Then keep both the hands by the side. Slowly bend your legs from the knees and bring them near the hips and then lift the back as high as possible. Hold your breath for a while. Then exhale and come back to the ground. Keep the feet in a relaxation posture and rest for 10 to 15 seconds.

Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar is considered one of the most effective yoga exercises. With its help, the body remains flexible and the body remains warm. For its beginning, divide this asana into small parts and then after some time practice this whole asana.
