Remain in this posture for some time and then come back to normal position.
First of all, lie down on the yoga mat in a relaxed posture and close your eyes.
Now keep both the palms at a distance of about one foot from the body. Apart from this, keep the feet at a distance of about two feet from each other.
Now breathe slowly and try to focus your attention on the breath. After remaining in this posture for some time, slowly open the eyes. In the end, get up on the right side and leave the seat.
