Without Using AC How to Over Come 44 Degree Temperature to Keep Cool

Heat Wave Surviving tips: In the summer season, the heat wave has to be faced a lot. In such a situation, it is very difficult for people who do not have AC to keep themselves cool in this summer season. Today we are going to tell you about some such tips by which you can keep yourself cool even without AC.

Heat Wave Surviving Tips: In many states of India including the capital Delhi, the condition of people has started deteriorating due to heat. The heat wave accompanied by strong sunlight has increased the problems of the people a lot.

In this season, AC (air conditioner) remains the only support of the people. There are some people who stay in AC for 24 hours to avoid the heat. But there are some people who do not have AC.

For these people, avoiding the heat wave in this dangerous heat and keeping oneself cool is no less than a challenge. So today we are going to give you some such tips, due to which you can get rid of heat and heat wave even without air conditioner.

Use ceiling fan and box fan: The walls of the house also become very hot during summer. In such a situation, it is necessary that you run the ceiling fan or box fan and open the doors. Due to this the hot air of the room will come out and the room will feel cool.

But keep in mind one thing that as soon as the sun starts rising, close all the doors, windows and curtains of the house, so that your house remains cool from inside. Open all the doors as soon as the sun goes out.

Water will help in fighting the heat: If you are feeling very hot then keep water in a bucket. After this, put your feet in it and sit. Apart from this, soak the towel and squeeze it and place it on your shoulder and head. This will also make you feel less hot. You can also take a shower with cold water.

There is less feeling of heat here: The feeling of heat is very high on the upper floor of any building, as well as the heat wave is also very moving. In such a situation, to avoid this, stay in the ground floor or basement. Here instead of the upper floor, the feeling of heat is much less and the heat wave also does not move.

Avoid unnecessary heat: Bulbs burning in the house also generate heat. Apart from this, heat is also released from them by using devices like computers, due to which the temperature becomes even hotter. Also, eat such things which you need less gas or oven to make.

Stay Hydrated: It is important that you stay hydrated in this summer season. Drink water in maximum quantity. Eat such things in food in which the amount of water is high. In this season, the problem of dehydration has to be faced a lot, in such a situation, try not to reach this point.

Stop the consumption of caffeine and alcohol: Both alcohol and caffeine work to increase the problem of dehydration in the body. In such a situation, stay away from them in this summer season.

Go to these places and take cold air: If you do not have AC in your house and you are not able to tolerate the heat at all, then you can take cold air by going to places like public library, cinema hall or mall.
