IPL 2022 Winner Gujarat Titans Prize Money, Award Winners Details

The teams that win and finish second in the IPL will be awarded huge cash prizes.

Mumbai: After almost two months of league matches, the 2022 final of the Indian Premier League is over. The Gujarat Titans beat the Rajasthan Royals to win the trophy in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Has now won its first IPL title since becoming a table-topper.

The IPL is seen as one of the richest T20 league matches in the world. After Sunday’s finals, several beautiful awards were presented, including the Orange Cap, the Purple Cap, and the Emerging Player. Also, huge cash prizes were awarded to the winning and second place teams.

Full list of cash prizes awarded after the IPL 2022 final:

Winner: Gujarat team will receive a cash prize of ₹ 20 crore from the BCCI for becoming IPL champions.

Runner-up: Rajasthan team will get ₹ 13 crore from BCCI for finishing second.

Third place: RCB team that lost in Qualifier 2 will be awarded 7 crore cash prize by BCCI.

Fourth place: The BCCI will give a cash prize of ₹ 6.5 crore to the team that loses the Eliminator (LSG).

Orange Cape: Jose Butler receives IPL orange cap and 15 lakh cash prize for highest runs scored.

Purple Cap: Yusvendra Sahal, who took the most wickets, will receive a purple cap and a cash prize of ₹ 15 lakh.

Emerging player of IPL 2022 season: Umran Malik receives Prize 20 lakh cash prize

Maximum Sixer Award in IPL 2022: Jose Butler receives Prize 12 lakh cash prize.

Game-changer of the season: Dream 11 Game changer of the season – Jose Butler receives ₹ 12 lakh cash prize.

Super striker of the season: IPL 2022 season super striker Dinesh Karthik (SR – 183.33) will get a cash prize of ₹ 15 lakh.

Most Valuable Player of the Season: Jose Butler receives 12 lakh prize money.

Fair Play Award: Gujarat Titans & Rajasthan Royals will get cash prizes for scoring maximum points in a fair game throughout the season.
