Washington: Russia launched its war on Ukraine on February 24. Currently, Russian forces are conducting heavy attacks in eastern Ukraine. Are trying to fully capture the area.
The United States and Western nations have strongly opposed Russia’s war on Ukraine. The United States, France, Germany and the West continue to provide arms and financial assistance to Ukraine.
In doing so, the Ukrainian military is posing a serious challenge to Russian forces. Thus the capital cities of Kiev and Kharkiv could not be captured by Russia.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin recently warned Ukraine not to supply arms.
US President Joe Biden has announced that sophisticated rocket systems will be sent to Ukraine at this stage.
“I have decided to provide Ukraine with more advanced rocket systems and ammunition,” he said. He said it would help them hit more important targets on the battlefield.
U.S. officials say “sophisticated missile systems will be used to block Russia’s advances in Ukraine.
They will not be used against Russia. Ukraine has vowed not to use missiles to strike Russia within 80 km. The U.S. provides Ukraine with sophisticated artillery rocket systems that can accurately hit distant targets.
This includes ammunition, aircraft surveillance radars and anti-armor weapons.
