ED searching for 4 Luxury cars of Arpita Mukherjee who hoarded crores of rupees

Kolkata: Partha Chatterjee, who is the Commerce and Industry Minister of West Bengal, served as the Education Minister till 2014. Then there was an allegation that he was involved in teacher appointment fraud. In this regard, CBI An investigation is underway. As allegations of illegal money transfer have arisen in this matter, the Enforcement Department has registered a separate case and conducted a thorough investigation. Partha Chatterjee, her assistant and actress Arpita Mukherjee have been arrested.

On the 22nd, enforcement agencies raided the house of Minister Partha Chatterjee. Arpita Mukherjee’s house was also raided successively. Arpita’s houses were raided and cash worth Rs 50 crore was seized. More than 6 kg gold jewelery was also seized. Arpita Mukherjee’s seizure of cash and kilos of gold from her house has shocked the authorities.

Meanwhile, the enforcement agencies have been missing 4 cars from Arpita Mukherjee’s residence in Kolkata since the day she was arrested. It has been reported that more crores of money related to this case has been stashed in those cars. It has been reported that the enforcement department is looking for cars like Audi A4, Honda City, Honda CRV and Mercedes Benz. When Arpita Mukherjee was arrested, the enforcement department reportedly seized only one white Mercedes car.

The search for the missing cars is underway. Officials are trying to trace the cars by examining CCTV footage and conducting raids in various areas.

It is noteworthy that Minister Partha Chatterjee, who was involved in the teacher recruitment scandal, was removed from his post and from the Trinamool Congress. Both Partha Chatterjee and Arpita Mukherjee are under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate. They are being questioned till August 3.
