Cauliflower is an important crop. Generally everyone likes cauliflower vegetable. It is easily available in cold weather. But it becomes a bit difficult to meet in summer and rain. The cauliflower that you will get is cold store cabbage.

Early cauliflower seedlings are ready in 40-45 days. Seeds of improved variety of cauliflower will be available for Rs 15,000 – 20,000 for 100 grams.

Sowing can be done in one acre. Apart from this, you will have to spend on labor for transplanting, weeding, insecticide, fertilizer etc. All this can also cost around Rs 25,000- 30,000. That is, a total of about Rs 50,000 will be spent.

The cultivation of early cauliflower gives a yield of about 100 quintals per acre. The price of cabbage before freezing is quite high. It sells up to Rs 30-40 per kg in the retail market. In such a situation, your cabbage will be easily sold for Rs 20-25 per kg in the mandis.
