New Delhi: According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, the property value of Prime Minister Modi has increased by Rs 26 lakh to Rs 2.23 crore. PM Modi has no immovable assets, only movable assets and mostly bank deposits, postal savings and insurances.
He also donated his share of land owned by Prime Minister Modi in Gandhinagar. Thus Modi has no immovable assets.
Last year 2021, Prime Minister Modi had property worth Rs.1 crore 97 lakh 68 thousand 885. In 2022, the value of Prime Minister Modi’s property has increased by Rs.26 lakh and has increased to Rs.2 crore 23 lakh 83 thousand 504.
Last year, in Prime Minister Modi’s property list, he had stated that he had bought a residential house in Gandhinagar in 2002. The land was valued at Rs 1.04 crore in market value. Prime Minister Modi has donated the place.
PM Modi has a cash reserve of Rs.35,250. It was Rs 36,900 last year. PM Modi’s bank balance has also declined, from Rs 1 lakh 52,480 as on March 31 last year, to Rs 46,555 now.
PM Modi has only 4 gold rings. These are valued at Rs. 1.73 lakhs. National Savings Bonds are worth Rs 9.05 lakh and Insurance Bonds are worth Rs 1.89 lakh.
Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has movable assets worth Rs 2.54 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 2.97 crore.
All 29 ministers in the central cabinet have released their asset list. In this, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s property value has increased from Rs 1.62 crore last year to Rs 1.83 crore.
Union Animal Husbandry Minister Purushottam Rupaya’s assets increased by Rs 1.42 crore to Rs 7.29 crore from last year. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotir Aditya Scindia’s assets are worth Rs 35.63 crore and he has debts of Rs 58 lakh. Culture Minister Kishan Reddithan has said that he has assets of Rs 1.43 crore.
