Rameshwaram No 1 storm warning cage hoisted at Pampan port office due to storm symbol

Rameswaram: According to the Meteorological Center, the low pressure area that was formed in the Bay of Bengal has turned into a severe depression and this depression is located 100 kilometers from Bhubaneswar in Orissa.

In this situation, following the storm symbol that has formed in the Bay of Bengal, the No. 1 storm warning cage was installed at the Pampan port office this evening. Already for more than a week, strong cyclone winds are blowing in Rameswaram, Pamban, Dhanushkodi and other areas and the sea is looking rough.
