Access files offline

Here you have to tick the ‘Offline’ box appearing on the screen. After this offline access will be open.

Filters can be used to find files in Google Drive

The files can be searched by file type, edit date and fine name.

You can also use Boolean operators, such as type, location, etc., like in Gmail, to search for a file.

Turn off Quick Access on Google Drive

If you don’t want edited or opened files to be visible, you can turn off the quick access suggestion.

For this, you have to go to the setting, where some options will appear on the suggestion box. Here you can remove the click from the box.

You can send large files to Gmail using Google Drive

Sometimes the size of some files are so large that they cannot be sent even through Gmail, because the maximum limit for sending files in Gmail is 25MB .
