UN Condemns Attack on Children’s Hospital in Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has condemned an attack by Russian forces on a children’s hospital in Mariupol.

Two weeks have passed since Russia launched its war on Ukraine. Russian forces are attacking major cities in Ukraine.

Russia has declared a temporary ceasefire on humanitarian grounds for the past few days.

Meanwhile, Russian forces attacked a children’s hospital in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol. Of these, 17 were injured. The hospital and maternity ward were damaged. Authorities said three people, including a child, were killed.

In this context, the UN condemned the attack on the hospital in Ukraine as brutal. Secretary-General of the Council Antonio Guterres said.
