Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed “victory is ours, as it was in 1945.”

“Our countrymen are fighting like their ancestors to liberate their native land from Nazi pollution. As in 1945, they are fighting in the hope that victory will be ours. The new generation will be proud to remember their fathers and grandfathers who fought in the war.
